Your industrial pumps are often put to the test, over long periods and with great intensity. Before a breakdown occurs, to avoid lengthy and costly downtime and subsequent repairs, MMCo can carry out a detailed assessment of your pumps to determine whether they need to be repaired, made more reliable, or whether they should be replaced.
 This expertise also comes into its own when a complex breakdown occurs.

This expertise may include the following phases:

  • Assessment of pump suitability in relation to its function in the industrial process
  • Superficial visual inspection of the pump box
  • Pump disassembly and thorough visual inspection of parts
  • Dimensional surveys
  • Sensor control
  • Detecting leaks or the risk of leaks; checking joints and seals
  • Analysis and documentation of parts to be replaced
  • Critical position measurement
  • Identification of potential disruptive factors
  • Documented report including, if necessary, proposed solutions: repair, upgrading or replacement
